Drummond Farms is located on a five acres of land which is zoned as agricultural. Despite this, there were still critical zoning rules and regulations regarding animal buildings that we had to be aware of.

Drummond Farms began with drawing up simple building site and basic fencing plans. This helped us better envision our dream and helped us to calculate many of the costs associated with starting our dream farm!
