Welcome To My Page

Hi, I'm Ken Majeski, I live on a 40 acre farm in Ellsworth township in West central Wisconsin. My hobby is repairing old steam and gas engines and operating and showing them. I currently own three Rumely Oilpulls, models H,F and R, a Case Steam Engine, a sawmill, two model T Fords and a few stationary and portable engines.

My Case Steam Engine

Me holding down my Case Steam Engine at the Threshing Bee that I host at my farm every fall. This engine was pieced together from what parts I could gather over a 19 year period. In 1976 I purchased a late 40 hp boiler at a auction in Pepin Wis. with the hope I could find enough parts to make a complete engine. Parts for a 40 were hard to find but I did find a couple of deralict 15 or 45 hp engines so I ended with a 45 with a later boiler. With a 9 X 10 cylinder and a pickering governor this engine knows what to do with the drive belt. The only problem I have is when people ask what year it is..... So I tell them it's like the song....one piece at a time... Or point to a part and I'll tell you what year it is.... This is Bill Osmer operating the little Case at the Hungry Hollow Steam and Gas show at Rice Lake Wis. The engine is belted the the Club Sawmill.

Valve gear on this Case Engine. Instead of using the sliding wood block as the originals used I decided to use a link and sealed ball bearings making the valve gear pull more easily.

1923 Ford Model TT Grain truck being used to haul wood to the steam engine. This old truck runs quite well and fits in with the rest of the stuff.
